SUMMARY

The article presents a modern methodology and effective methods of psychological rehabilitation and development of children with special needs by an innovative System of Psychological Coordination by I. M.Miroshnik in sanatorium-resort conditions. Solution of the problem of forming and maintaining the mental health of the population of Russia in modern conditions may possibly by substitution imported foreign psychology the innovative methods and technologies created in a domestic science school of Coordinational psychology, that studies the laws of the emergence, functioning and development of the psyche as a process and the result of the evolution of forms and ways of selective dynamic coordination on natural, social and spiritual ontological levels. The methodological basis of the Coordinational psychology are created by I.M.Miroshnik: the method of coordination of complementary opposites and experimental research (I.M.Miroshnik, 1983-1990 years), Coordinational paradigm of development (CPD); Coordinational theory of activity and development of the brain, the psyche, the personality; the principle of coordinating simultanisation; the System of psychological coordination with motivational feedback effect, and others. Founded I.M.Miroshnik scientific school of Coordination psychology of development is based on the traditions inherent in the works of famous Russian scientists: I.M.Sechenov, Ivan Pavlov, L.S.Vygotsky, S.L. Rubinstein, A.N.Leontiev, D.I.Feldstein and others. In the framework of the Сoordinational psychology of development first formulated and proved fundamentally new position that the process of selective dynamic coordination of complementary phenomenas (eg, music- color, external-internal) and their coordinating antiparallel interactions by law of chiasm and its convertion creates new neurodynamic coordinational communication and new complex coordinational compounds, have powerful therapeutic and developmental effects. Long-term experience has shown that coordinating music – emotion – color in the process of musical-perceptual activity is emotiogenic, develops selective coordinational ability of the brain, stimulates neuroplasticity, and also has a hedonistic and therapeutic effects. These effects are greatly amplified when combined use synaesthetic cross-technology of the Music-color-aromatherapy and the Cross-conversional coordination of imaginative and verbal systems in an emotionally-cognitive activity.

Over a 10-year period (2007-2017) effective psychological help an innovative System of Psychological Coordination by I. M.Miroshnik in sanatorium-resort conditions received more than four thousand children and adolescents who underwent rehabilitation and rehabilitation in the Sanatorium name N.K. Krupskaya. Tested into practice of sanatorium-resort recreation method of psychological rehabilitation and development of children with disabilities using innovative technologies from the RUSSIAN SCIENTIFIC SCHOOLS OF THE COORDINATING PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGY AND PSYCHOLOGY OF DEVELOPMENT BY I. M. MIROSHNIK showed improves the coordination of the brain hemispheres, increases the plasticity of HNA, disclose the compensatory potential of the brain, the psyche, personality, has healing, developing and prolonged therapeutic effects, for example, for patients with mental and psychosomatic disorders, for children with autism, ICP, mental retardation, dementia, phobias, attention deficit syndrome, and others, which has been proved long-term experience in the office of the psychological help.
